Jackie's Hygiene Tips

Tired of your dental hygienist lecturing you about flossing at every visit?  There are some very good reasons for that lecture.  Flossing is not just about getting out remnants of your last meal from between your teeth.  It is about disrupting the colonies of bacteria that are living, growing, and feeding underneath your gums.  These bacteria create volatile sulfur compounds (the stinky stuff on your floss), and are poisoning your gums and your body.  By flossing once a day, you can keep the bacteria at healthy levels and not allow them to get organized enough to produce these sulfur compounds!!!
