Flossing Tips

Many of us go through the motions of flossing but are getting very little benefit from it. If you are quickly popping the floss in and out between your teeth, that is just not good enough. You need to angle your floss down under your gums and massage the floss up and down. It is all about disrupting the colonies of bacteria that are living and growing under your gums. Flossing helps maintain healthy gums, fresh breath and a healthy heart!
